1. Who operates the service
SM Caribbean B.V., trading as SM Caribbean, operates the bunkering and waste-removal request workflow.
2. A request is not a booking
Submitting a request asks SM Caribbean to review the information and prepare the next step. It does not confirm availability, price, supplier acceptance, service delivery or a booking.
3. Information you provide
You are responsible for providing accurate, current vessel, contact, port, timing, quantity, grade, waste-type and operational information. Saved vessel details must be reconfirmed when a job-specific fact may have changed.
4. Quotes and approval
A quote is presented for review through the approved customer channel. No supplier should be contacted and no service should be treated as arranged merely because an intake was submitted or converted into a portal request. Any acceptance, expiry, amendment, cancellation and payment rules must be stated with the applicable quote and approved final terms.
5. Accounts and access
A verified account has no organization access until authorized staff link it. Organization owners are responsible for requesting removal of people who should no longer have access. SM Caribbean may suspend access to protect customers, records or the service.
6. Documents
Anonymous uploads are not accepted. Authenticated uploads remain disabled until a malware-scanning process is approved. Do not send unnecessary personal, payment or identity information.
7. Legal terms still requiring approval
Governing law, dispute process, liability allocation, cancellation rights, service-specific safety obligations and approved retention language are not stated here because they have not been legally approved. They must be completed before this draft becomes final.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@smcaribbean.com.
Draft date: 22 August 2026.
